The Lexicon was written over the course of two years, one
spent in Moscow, the other spent in New York City. It is an online novel with
no chronological beginning or end. By reading chapters from each of the two Lexicons
and comparing them, the reader determines ten themes to which each of the chapters
belongs. Based on his comparisons, he draws an outcome.
